This qualification will close for new registration on 30 September 2025. Those currently studying have 3 years from the date of registration to complete their qualification. Those who enrol before the registration closes will have until 30 September 2027 to complete the course. Examinations for the existing Sales/Lettings/Commercial qualifications will continue until 30 September 2027.
If you are new to residential lettings, or want to improve your knowledge, the Propertymark Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management will give you all the basic information you require. This qualification is suitable for all those working or aspiring to work as a letting agent/negotiator, residential property manager or lettings/office administrator.
Level 3 Awards are introductory qualifications that will help anyone in the property sector prepare for forthcoming legislation.
There are no pre-requisites for this course.

Each Propertymark Level 3 course provides the learner with the same set of course features as listed below:
Length of course
Approximately 120 hours of study for up to 2 years from the date of registration.
Exams
Once you have enrolled on the course you will be provided with information on how to register and book your exams. There will be an additional cost of £50 for registration and £62.50 per unit exam for 4 units. This is an additional £300 in total. Full details will be provided within the course notes.

Lendwise
Law Training Centre has a partnership with Lendwise to help you fund both your course fees as well as the cost of your exam/s. Lendwise is a student loan provider through which candidates can fund their postgraduate and professional qualification studies and exam fees.
A Lendwise loan comes with a fixed interest rate for the duration of the loan and no early repayment penalties. The minimum loan amount is £2,000, and the interest rate offered will depend on the overall applicant profile and the application process is entirely online.
