Prince2 2017

Prince2®

Business cycles come and go as do law firms – but there’s a constant: the level of competition within the legal profession is fierce and getting fiercer.
However, successful project management can give the professional legal practitioner the edge. It’s a business skill used in industries and professions across the globe: of all the available project management methods, PRINCE2® is the world’s most popular. If you don’t help manage a client’s project, you’re sitting on the sidelines in terms of client care.
Legal skills by themselves are not enough.

PRINCE2® is the gold-standard in project management methodologies.

Find out more about our PRINCE2® project management courses.

How does Project Management Work?

Modern business strategies are delivered in projects. These are unique and finite, commissioned to achieve clearly defined objectives within agreed timescales and budgets. Project management is different from ongoing management and requires specific tools and techniques to apply processes, methods, knowledge, skills and experience to achieve what’s required. Project managers break up a project into tasks for their teams.

Our Courses

PRINCE2® has two levels of certification: Foundation and Practitioner. All students of PRINCE2® 2017 can claim one year’s subscription to the My PRINCE2® CPD resource, use of which is one method of keeping your PRINCE2® Practitioner Certificate valid after three years. The other method involves re-sitting the Practitioner exam after three years of passing it originally. Learning for all Certificates is online.
