Law Training Centre is a Propertymark Qualifications Provider
Law Training Centre is an accredited Propertymark training provider of Level 3 and Level 4 property industry qualifications.
Propertymark is the leading regulator for the property sector and its qualifications are nationally recognised by employers and recruiters.
Propertymark is also a membership organisation and membership is open to estate agents, letting agents, valuers and auctioneers, commercial agents and inventory clerks at any level. There are many benefits of being a member, but crucially you will have the credibility that comes with being a member of a professional and trusted organisation. Continued Professional Development is an important element of your membership and as such there are various Propertymark accredited courses that you can undertake.
Please note however that Propertymark membership is not required for a Propertymark qualification. There are no pre-requisites for the qualifications, however it is strongly recommend that candidates undertake the relevant Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) before undertaking a Level 4 qualification.
These qualifications are now more important than ever given the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) released RoPA’s report proposing a new regulatory framework for property agents in the UK. The report has numerous recommendations including a system of minimum entry requirements and continuing professional development for property agents.
Law Training Centre’s Propertymark Level 3 qualifications are designed to tick the boxes in relation to these regulations when they are introduced and are an excellent entry point. Level 4 qualifications are aimed towards those who work, or aspire to work, as senior managers and those in leadership roles within the industry.
Propertymark qualifications will give estate agency professionals a significant head start when the eagerly anticipated regulations come in.
Like all training offered by Law Training Centre, Propertymark courses are completed online with full tutor support and have interactive materials created and delivered by property experts. Students can work flexibly at a time and pace to suit them whilst they continue to work and accumulate property sector experience while studying our course.

Registration for the following qualifications will close on 30 September 2025:
These qualifications will close for new registration on the 30 September 2025. Those currently studying have 3 years from the date of registration to complete their qualification. Those who enrol before the registration closes will have until 30 September 2027 to complete the course. Examinations for the existing Sales/Lettings/Commercial qualifications will continue until 30 September 2027.
- (CPA3) Level 3 Award in Commercial Property Agency
- (RLPM3) Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management – England & Wales
- (SRP3) Level 3 Award in The Sale of Residential Property – England, Wales & Northern Ireland
Plans, with dates to be confirmed, are underway for Law Training Centre to also deliver the following courses:
- Level 3 (SCQF Level 6) Certificate in Property Agency
- Level 3 Award in Residential Inventory Management and Practice
- Level 3 Award in Residential Tenancy Deposit Protection and Management
